Signing in

Use Sign in in the header. Your credentials are the same ones you received by email when the company granted you portal access.

Creating an account

If self-registration is enabled, Create an account (from the sign-in page) registers you with your name, email and a password. For security we then email you a confirmation link — click it to activate your account, then sign in. Until you confirm, signing in shows a reminder with a Resend confirmation email button (also available on the sign-up page). Confirmation links expire after 48 hours; just resend if yours has.

Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the sign-in page — you'll receive an email with a link back to the site to set a new one.

Account settings (Portal → Account)

• Profile & billing address — your name, email, phone and address. Some fields (e.g. company, VAT) may be locked once documents exist; contact the company to change them.
• Addresses — additional billing/delivery addresses used at checkout.
• Security — change your password (this signs out all other devices) and review active sessions with the option to revoke any of them.

Privacy

You stay signed in for up to 30 days on a device unless you sign out or revoke the session. Signing out on one device does not affect others — use Security → revoke for that.
