Voice assistant

When enabled, a microphone button appears in the bottom-right corner of every page. Tap it and speak — the assistant can answer questions about the site and take you where you want to go ("show me office chairs", "open my orders", "go to the blog").

• The first tap asks your browser for microphone permission. If you decline, the button shows Microphone needed; allow it and tap again.
• While connected the button pulses and shows Listening… / Speaking….
• The assistant can move you around the site as you talk — the conversation keeps going while the page changes.
• It can also open a specific item — a product, article, event, job or forum thread — when you name it ("open the ergonomic desk chair"). It may bring up a short list first and then open the one you mean; if several things match, it will ask which one.
• Tap the button again to end the conversation.

Your voice is streamed to the assistant only while a conversation is active.
